Intensely peated with rich bonfire smoke and iodine, balanced by surprisingly sweet notes of dried figs, raisins, and dark caramel. Layers of sea air, leather, and a hint of sherry cask influence add depth and complexity.
Powerful and full-bodied with waves of peat smoke enveloping sweet malt, dark chocolate, and espresso notes. The maritime character shines through with brine and seaweed, while sherry-influenced dried fruits provide a luxurious sweetness.
Exceptionally long and warming, with smoldering peat, ash, and sweet oak lingering alongside hints of dark fruit and sea salt.
