Moscatel cask finishing adds honeyed sweetness, ripe peach, and muscatel grapes to the foundational peat smoke and sea spray. Layers of ash, citrus zest, and floral notes emerge alongside the enhanced fruit character.
Rich and complex with peat smoke softened by sweet wine influence, revealing dried apricot, honey, and spiced orange. Maritime salinity and wood smoke persist beneath the fruit-forward character, creating an elegant interplay of sweet, smoky, and coastal elements.
